How to Access Quarantined Emails in Outlook
(To access the guide with pictures, please click on the attachment at the bottom right of the page).
Step 1: Select the link below to be redirected to the Outlook Quarantine Console to review and request/release e-mails.

Step 2: Review the email(s) in the Quarantine console and place a check mark inside the box, to select.
Step 3: Select the task you want to perform from the console menu. Eg: Release, Request Release, Delete messages … etc
