How to Set Up Voicemail on Teams Phone

Step 1: Open up Microsoft Teams, then click on the 3 horizontal dots to the left of your Teams icon, and select settings.
Step 2: On the settings column select Calls, then scroll to Manage Voicemail.
Step 3: Click “Record a Greeting” if you wish to record your message. Once you have your message recorded, you will need to choose what happens to the call from the drop down menu. You can also type a custom text-to-speech greeting option.
Step 4: You can also create a customized out-of-office voicemail. Choose if you want the out-of-office voicemail to play all the time while you are out or only when the automatic replies are scheduled. You must type a custom voicemail message for out-of-office voicemails.
