(To access the guide with pictures, please click on the attachment at the bottom right of the page).

Step 1: Open up Microsoft Teams, then click on the 3 horizontal dots to the top right corner of the Teams app, then select settings.

Step 2: On the settings column select Calls. Under Call Handling and Forwarding, toggle on the “Forward all calls” button. Once you turn forwarding on, a drop down menu will appear. You can choose Forward to Voicemail or Forward to a New Member or Contact. Add the number/person in the space that appears.

Step 3: You can select multiple people by choosing the “Call Group” option and adding them. You will need to scroll further down to find the Call Group Option.

Step 4: You can select delegates by choosing the “Add a Delegate” option and adding them. Type in their name or phone number to add a delegate.

Step 5: Once you add a delegate, you can choose what activities they can do such as, make calls, receive calls, change call and delegate settings, pick up help calls, and join active calls. You can delete Delegates at any time.
