Step 1: Please press the screen of the Touch Panel/Logo to begin.

Step 2: Please enter the password, 4901, & press enter.

Step 3: Choose SOURCE at the top of the page. To use any of the LECTERN SOURCES, select an input at the center of the Touch Panel: Guest VGA, Guest HDMI, Room PC, or Document Camera (even if one is already highlighted green). There is a Preview Monitor on the lectern & on the Touch Panel to show you what is being projected onto the screen.

Step 4: For the Presentation Volume use the directional arrows on the right side of the screen to raise and lower audio. The Presentation Volume will need to be unmuted, as it plays the audio from the lectern source selected. To Mute the Presentation Volume, press Mute—below, there is the option to Video Mute for the Video and the Audio to be muted simultaneously.

Step 5: Press the Mic Controls side tab button to access the Microphone controls. The microphones & microphone stands are stored in the kitchen, in the lower far left cabinet of T1200. At the Audio Controls page, you can raise or lower the volume or mute the Microphone, Aux Input, or CD Player. HH are the handhelds & LAV are the lavalier Mics. Unmute the Mics that you are using & the Speech Volume to hear the Mics. Press the arrows to raise or lower the volume.

Step 6: If you would like to show content from your personal device select ShareLink. Please be sure that you are on the LBCC Secure wireless network, which you use your single sign on credentials. Select ShareLink & follow the instructions on the screen. There are 3 options: Enter the IP Address into your web browser, download the App, or connect via Screen Mirroring. The code will regenerate with each session.

Step 7: If you would like to adjust your camera, select Cameras. Here you will select the Front or Rear Camera & then use the Preset Wide and Preset Center customized buttons or you can use the directional areas to focus on what you would like. There is also an option to Zoom In or Zoom Out.

Step 8: If you would like to use the Blu-ray, please select it on the Touch Panel & utilize the devices on the rack.
Turn on the Blu-ray & insert your disc.

Step 9: To control the Lights/Shades, select the button at the top right. Here you can control moving the Shades Up or the Shades Down. The Lights have 3 Preset with different looks for the room & can be turned on/off from this page

Step 10: Select Recording button on the side tab. Insert your USB flash drive into the USB port labeled RECORDER, which is located on the rack below the Touch Panel. On the Touch Panel in the Layout section, you can choose which layout style you would like for your recording. Open the Cameras’ tab & choose your camera, if you would like to use the one behind the lectern (Front Camera) or at the back of the room (Back Camera). The Recording Controls have the option to Record, Stop, and Pause. When you are finished it will be saved on your USB flash drive titled with the room number.

Step 11: To shut down the system, select System Off at the bottom right. Then select Power Down or Cancel to turn the system off.
