GG238 Multimedia Guide

Step 1: Please press the screen of the Touch Panel/Logo to begin.
Step 2: Please enter password: 1305 and press enter.
Step 3: Choose Lectern Sources at the top of the page, then choose Room PC at the center of the Touch Panel, and then Select all Destination including: Projector, East LCD, West LCD, and Audio. YOU MUST DO THIS STEP IN ORDER TO HAVE THE PROJECTOR AND SCREEN COME DOWN!!
Step 4: For the Presentation Volume use the directional arrows on the right side of the screen to raise and lower audio. To Mute the Presentation Volume, press Mute—below that, there is the option to Video Mute which mutes video only. Tech Controls is for departmental use, do not use.
Step 5: Press the Mic Controls side tab button to access the Microphone controls. At the Mic Controls page, you can raise or lower the volume or mute the Microphone, Lectern mic, Lavalier, or Handheld Mics. If the MUTE button is Red, it is Muted.
Step 6: If you would like to use Handheld Mics and Mic Stands, please contact Multimedia Services by calling the Help Desk, (562)938-4357
Step 7: If you would like to show content wirelessly from your personal device select ShareLink. Please be sure that you are on the LBCC Secure wireless network, which you use your single sign on credentials. Please don’t forget to reassign to all destination.
Step 8: For cameras, select the Cameras tab. You will then select which camera you like from the 3 shown below: Rear Left Camera, Front Camera, or Rear Right Camera. The cameras are primarily use for Zoom.
Step 9: If you would like to use the Blu-ray or the CD player, please contact Technology & Multimedia Services.
Step 10: To shut down the system, select System Off at the bottom right. Then select Power Down or Cancel to turn the system off.
