Access and Permissions

Your access to CIM features is based on your assigned CourseLeaf permissions and role in the curriculum process.

Depending on your access, you may be able to:

  • View existing curriculum records

  • Create or modify curriculum proposals

  • Save proposals in progress

  • Submit proposals into workflow

  • Review, edit, approve, or roll back proposals assigned to your workflow step

If you can access CourseLeaf but do not see the expected CIM options or are unable to perform an action required for your role, your CourseLeaf permissions may need to be reviewed.
