How To Use Lecture Capture on A/V Multimedia Presentation Systems

Step 1: Once the system is turned on, on the TouchPanel, you will need to press the Recorder Controls on the side tab to use the Lecture Capture.

Step 2: Then in the Layout section, you can choose which presentation style that you would like to record. There are 4 layout options: camera image only, presentation only, side by side camera image & presentation, & small camera image with the presentation large.

Step 3: Insert your USB flash drive into the port labeled RECORDER on the box next to the TouchPanel.

Step 4: The Recording Controls have the option to Record, Stop, and Pause. Press the Mic Controls to allow you to mute/unmute the ceiling mics for your recording.

Step 5: When you are finished it will be saved on your USB flash drive titled with the room number. If you do not have a USB flash drive, the recording will be saved to the Z drive in the computer files for you to access.
Step 6: Lastly, adjust your camera, select Camera. Here you can use the Preset Wide and Preset Center customized buttons or you can use the directional areas to focus on what you would like. There is also an option to Zoom In or Zoom Out. There is also an Auto Focus if needed.
