How To Zoom via A/V Multimedia Presentation System

Step 1: To begin, you can open the application on your computer or go to the Zoom website. You will Sign In with your LBCC email address & a password created when you sign up for your Zoom account. If you are not a member of LBCC, you can sign in using Single Sign-On, or your Google or Facebook account.
Step2: Once signed in, you can Schedule a meeting, Join a scheduled meeting, Join a meeting using a web-based meeting link from the invitation email, or Create a New Meeting. You can also Share your Screen from your home page.
Step 3: To Join a Meeting, fill in the box provided, add your display name for the meeting & click the Join button.
Step 4: Once you join the meeting, you should set your Speaker to Extron HDMI (Intel(R) Display Audio) at the bottom left & selecting the carrot ^ next to the Microphone for options. Here you should set your Microphone to Speakerphone (Extron MediaPort 200 Speakerphone).
Step 5: You can use the Camera on the PC or the Camera installed on the wall behind the teacher’s station at the bottom left & selecting the carrot ^ next to the Video Camera. You should select the Integrated Webcam to use the PC camera & to use the wall mounted camera select Extron MediaPort200.
