Change User Access to Application, System or Website

Description

Use this service to adjust the access of a current employee for an LBCC system.  This request is commonly used for employees that have changed roles or responsibilities. 

Use this page for help with various systems, including: 

• PeopleSoft: Viking Student System, Human Resources, or Financials. Note: For changes to TARS or PS Financials, you may need to attach a signed a form for approved department codes.
• LBCC Web Applications
• Third Party Solutions like Laserfiche, Zoom, Starfish, SARS

Common issues:

• I can't access a certain page or feature
• I don't see certain tile in the portal
• I am receiving an error when trying to open or access something

Common request reasons:

• I have changed roles and need different levels of access.
• I need to access a page that a colleague in a similar role can view
