Most personal data can be updated through the LBCC HR Employee System.
Login to the Viking Portal, select the HR Employee system, and click into the Personal Details Tile to update the following:
- Preferred Name & Affirmed Gender
- Contact Information
- Employee Information in the LBCC's Online Directory
Use this form to:
- Update Department Information for LBCC's Online Directory
- Alert ITS to name or contact information errors in third-party solutions
For other changes to your employee record, contact the Human Resources Office. For changes to your student record, login to the Viking Student System or contact the Admissions & Records Office for further assistance.
