Overview
Workflows in CourseLeaf CAT are used to review, approve, and publish catalog content changes. A workflow ensures that updates are reviewed by the appropriate individuals before they become part of the official College Catalog.
Depending on the page or content being edited, different workflows may be assigned. Users will only see workflow options that correspond to their assigned permissions and role.

Approving a Page
When a page reaches you as an approver in a workflow step, it will appear on your CourseLeaf Dashboard in the Workflow Tab.

Enter comments to provide context for the next reviewer and submit your decision.
Workflow Comments
Workflow comments create a record of decisions and requested changes throughout the approval process.
Best practices include:
Workflow comments remain part of the page history for future reference.
